This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information associated with your dversify.ai account, what we delete, and what we are required to keep. It applies to information held by Dversify AI LLC, which operates the platform, and by Dversify Advisors LLC, the registered investment adviser that provides the subscription advisory service through it. Our Privacy Notice describes how we collect and use information.
If you have an active subscription and simply want to stop being billed, cancel from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the quarter you have paid for, your information stays in place, and you can resubscribe later. A deletion request goes further: it closes your account, ends any active subscription and trial without refund of the current quarter (except the Texas five-business-day right of cancellation), and removes the information described below. Deletion cannot be undone.
When your request is processed we delete or irreversibly anonymize:
If you only used free tools and never subscribed to an advisory package, you are not an advisory client and nothing in Section 4 applies to you beyond the general legal and security retention described there.
If you subscribed to an advisory package — including a free trial — you were an advisory client of Dversify Advisors LLC. Securities regulations that apply to registered investment advisers require Dversify Advisors to keep certain client records for at least five years after the relationship ends, and they cannot be deleted on request during that period:
Both companies may also retain information needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations, and our payment processor (Stripe) keeps transaction records under its own legal obligations. Retained records are access-restricted, are not used for any other purpose, and are deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
If you have an account, use the request form under Settings > Privacy & Data; it records your request and shows its status. You can also email support@dversify.ai from the email address on your account with the subject line “Data deletion request.” We verify your identity before processing and may ask you for additional information.
What happens next. Your request is reviewed by our compliance team, who confirm your identity, cancel any active subscription or trial, identify the records that must be retained under Section 4, and then carry out the deletion. You can see the status of your request (pending, in review, completed, or closed) in Settings > Privacy & Data, and we email you when it is complete or if we need anything from you. We aim to complete requests within 30 days; if a request is complex we will tell you and complete it within the time the law allows.
Depending on your state, you may also have the right to access, correct, or obtain a copy of your information, or to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal our decision on a request. See Section 10 of the Privacy Notice or contact support@dversify.ai.
