Dversify AI LLC respects your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information associated with your use of our tax planning software and related services.

2. What we may delete

Subject to legal retention requirements, we can delete or anonymize:

• Account profile data (name, email, phone, preferences)
• Uploaded tax documents and supporting files you provided for a service
• Order and service history tied to your account
• Support and contact form submissions
• Session, analytics, and technical logs where feasible

3. What we may retain

We may retain certain records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance. Retained data may be minimized and access-restricted.

4. How to request deletion

Email support@dversify.ai from the email address on your account, with subject line "Data deletion request." We may ask you to verify identity before processing.

We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer; we will notify you if additional time is needed.
