We are a registered investment adviser that delivers advice through software. Upload your documents, answer a few questions, and your plan produces in-depth, personalized analyses — across taxes, retirement, equity comp, real estate, insurance, estate planning, and cash flow — for one flat subscription price.
Dversify turns your documents and your answers into written analysis you can act on. Through dversify.ai, Dversify Advisors LLC — an investment adviser registered with the Texas State Securities Board — produces subscription analyses built around your life stage, from the big pre-retirement decisions to the tax and equity questions of your accumulation years. Each one is generated by a deterministic rule engine and structured workflows running against the data and documents you provide. The work is automated and non-discretionary: no meetings or calls, no money managed on your behalf, no brokerage. The recommendations arrive in writing, and every decision to act stays with you.
When you order a service, you may upload tax returns, wage statements, 1099s, account statements, and other files needed for the analysis. Documents are protected with bank-level encryption — AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit — and processed on ISO/IEC 27001 compliant Cloud Infrastructure, used only to deliver the service you ordered. We do not use your documents to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell your data.

Subscription advisory services are provided by Dversify Advisors LLC, an investment adviser registered with the Texas State Securities Board. The dversify.ai platform is built, owned, and operated by its affiliate Dversify AI LLC, a technology company that is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, CPA firm, or law firm. Advice is automated and non-discretionary and does not include legal or accounting advice; free tools like the Tax Modeler are not advisory services and do not create an advisory relationship. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
